Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Digital Products Digital products (including Revit templates and Revit families) are delivered electronically via download link immediately upon purchase. No physical shipment is required.

Print-on-Demand Items Apparel and physical goods are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Delivery times may vary (typically 5–10 business days after processing).

Domestic Shipping (US) Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing.
